Bakso Ikan Tenggiri

Bahan:

550 g Daging Tenggiri

50 g Tapioka

1 g  Garam

5 g Masako Ayam

1 Butir Telur

5 g Bawang Putih

2 g Bawang Merah Goreng

 

Cara Buat:

Blender daging ikan hingga lumat dan campurkan dengan semua rempah yang telah dihaluskan. banting sedikit adonan lalu bulatkan. rebus bakso.
